This was such a perfect place for our family of 6, especially the separate casita for Grandparents. Everything was as pictured and described, with tremendous on-site support. We really liked the location and loved having our own pool and outdoor dining area at the end of a long day of sun and activities. Would 100% recommend to friends and family and would rent again if in the area.

Five Stars! This place was perfect for our group of 10. Clean, comfy and the backyard pool was an amazing place to hang out. I personally loved that the house was equipped with enough basics to get us through the week. The house manager Nathalie was our rockstar, helping us with recommendations and getting us a last minute ride to the airport. We also rented golf carts and had a great time exploring Tamarindo.

The property was fantastic! The house itself was gorgeous with all the amenities we could have asked for. Nathalie greeted us upon arrival and was so great — she directed us to the grocery store and gave many local recommendations. I highly recommend a golf cart for this property. We were easily able to navigate into town within 5 minutes. Incredible stay, cannot recommend enough.

We loved our stay! They went above and beyond to make our stay in Costa Rica awesome, offering suggestions for things to do and local golf cart rentals. Their house manager Nathalie brought us extra water and showed us around when we arrived. They were very responsive when I had an issue with the safe on the first night. Nathalie even dropped us treats for our checkout day! The outdoor space was our favorite — they had EVERYTHING. Fully stocked kitchen with pool and beach accessories too. We would definitely suggest staying here!

We had an excellent stay. The house was as advertised, furnished comfortably and the kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed — the quality of the appliances and tools were excellent. The space was more than large enough to accommodate our family of 8. Our property manager Nathalie was very responsive to our requests and resolved any small issues quickly and effectively.

The house was well laid out and very clean. The pool and garden was lovely. There is a lovely local restaurant Rural a block away which we highly recommend. The BBQ at the house is very good for dining in. We rented a golf cart which worked very well for getting about.

The home was spotless and had so many amenities for me and my family to enjoy — surround sound speakers, grill and pool. The space was big enough for all 10 of us without feeling crowded. Loved that lots of things were included, like spices for cooking, detergent for laundry and lots of towels for the beach and pool. The backyard was where we spent most of our time and it was perfect. Simple and amazing house!

Very nice home with a lovely pool and outdoor space with speakers to enjoy music by the pool, comfortable beds, laundry and tools needed to cook meals at home. Right next to a small grocery store which is convenient. Easy golf cart or Uber ride into town and the beach. Caiel was very responsive when we had an AC issue and had it repaired first thing the next morning. Nathalie the property manager was lovely and helped us with lots of information about the area.

Beautiful place, easy to find, spacious and very comfortable beds to rest, well equipped. Definitely recommended to any guest.

Wow. This was the perfect stay for a week in Tamarindo. We had a group of 9 ladies and slept comfortably. AC throughout was amazing after a long hot day. Loved the pool and outdoor shower. Very responsive hosts. Literally a two minute walk to a grocery store. We would 100% recommend!

The property felt safe, secure, and surprisingly quiet. Our host made sure that we were stocked up with basic necessities and even went out of their way to help us locate activities. Special thanks to Nathalie for being a friendly property manager and going above and beyond. This was my first time going to a new country and this was a great first experience!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Pool was amazing. Nice to be right by the grocery store for any last minute groceries. Communication with the hosts and the property manager were quick and answered all questions. Very close drive to main town.

My family and I visited Tamarindo for the first time and this was the perfect place to stay! Our hosts were incredibly responsive, proactive, friendly and helpful. The place looked exactly as in the photos — super clean, beautiful and comfortable decor, and amazing pool area packed with everything you need. Nathalie, our local contact, was delightful, friendly and welcoming. The house is perfectly located near supermarkets, restaurants and all the beautiful beaches. I would definitely stay here again.

The house was fantastic, it provided a comfortable space for all 8 of us without clutter. The place was just like the pictures, very nice and tidy. We loved that it was close to the supermarket and within walking distance of a few restaurants. It was also a short Uber ride to the beach and strip. The pool was a great size and the beach chairs came in handy. The host and property manager Nathaly were very responsive and helpful with recommendations.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Ample room for two families. Very close to Tamarindo beach and restaurants/shopping. Kids loved the pool.

Awesome house for our group of 9 over Christmas. Clean, and anything we needed — like a filtered water jug replaced or help booking a Catamaran tour — Natalie was SUPER responsive!

Host and property manager were amazing. Response to any questions was very quick. The house was everything and more than what was advertised — would recommend to anyone looking for a family vacation. The added amenities such as BBQ, spices, paper products, beach towels and beach chairs made the stay that much more relaxing and enjoyable.

This was the perfect home for our family vacation. Not only are the owners extremely responsive, we were greeted at check-in by Nathalie who went over and beyond — making sure we were equipped with a quick grocery run after a long day of travel, setting us up with incredible boat and eco adventure tours, and being incredibly warm and generous with her time. We loved the home, the space, the location, the pool, the amenities, and all the small details.

Our stay was nothing short of delightful, creating lasting memories for our family. The highlight was the splendid privacy offered by the well-maintained yard, patio, and pool area — we spent numerous days simply unwinding by the pool. The location proved incredibly convenient for surf lessons, shopping, and dining. The casita was a hit for our grown son. The responsiveness from both the owners and property manager added an extra layer of satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend it and are already contemplating a return visit.

This lovely home with private courtyard, pool and Casita was the ideal layout to accommodate our group. We each had a comfortable bedroom and clean modern bathroom. Close to downtown Tamarindo and beaches. The owners were quick to respond to questions and needs and the property manager was very good.

The house was perfect for our group. The hosts were very responsive and thoughtful in creating this fantastic space. Local manager Nathalie was helpful and accessible — she ensured we were taken care of supplying water, stocking the bathroom, assisting with transportation. Having a pool, outdoor table and speakers really made the house a place to gather, eat, drink and enjoy everything pura vida. Having a supermarket next door and a gem of a restaurant, Rural, was definitely a bonus. Highly recommend!

Do yourself a favour and stay here! Kyle and Mariana are incredible hosts. They responded promptly to any queries we had. Their house is beautiful. We travelled with 4 adults and 5 kids — plenty of space for the whole crew. The backyard was beautiful with a great pool, dining table and green space. The house was spotless. Just a 5 min drive to the beach, a grocery store literally next door, and a 5 min walk to an amazing coffee cafe (Tamarindo Coffee Roaster).

The property was BEAUTIFUL and in a great location. Walking distance or short drive to the main town. The grocery store next door was super helpful to our large family especially for kids. The owners were incredibly responsive for any questions or needs. The property manager was kind and incredibly accommodating. Truly the BEST spot to stay in Tamarindo! We will stay again and highly recommend!!!!! Pura Vida!

This home was beautiful! Kyle and Mariana were so easy to contact and answered any and every question I had. I was so appreciative of their hospitality and it made my trip very stress free. The home is new and very close to Tamarindo beach. I would definitely recommend staying here and if and when I come back to Costa Rica I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house and pool. Everything was lovely! Very comfortable for a group vacation. Fully stocked with kitchen equipment, towels, beach toys, etc. Less than 10 min drive to the center of Tamarindo. Right by a mini mart.

We loved this property! Brand new home with modern amenities, beautiful private outdoor pool area, lots of natural light and all around great vibes! Meticulously clean, nice and airy. Nathalie our host was amazing and extremely helpful. We will definitely book again.

It was a beautiful house. Very modern and lovely outdoor space. Close enough to downtown Tamarindo to get there in just a couple minutes but far enough out to be away from the crowds. Great location.

The home was beautiful, and an excellent alternative to a resort. The pool was a perfect area for our kids, and the home was set far enough from tourist central but close enough to get a meal and spend a day on the beach. We appreciated the amenities at the home, like toiletries and pool toys, and having the market next-door was very convenient.

The house is beautiful and has anything you need for a pleasant stay. Brand new and extremely clean. Great location close to downtown Tamarindo and other beautiful beaches. The property manager Nathalie is so sweet, attentive and quick to reply — she even went out of her way to have a new comfortable crib for our 8 month old baby! One of our top favorite stays. Nathalie est très disponible et nous a même proposé d'acheter des choses à manger pour les enfants étant donné que notre vol a été retardé. Les propriétaires nous ont fourni des lits pour bébé et des chaises hautes. La maison est juste à côté d'une petite épicerie. Nous recommandons vraiment. Un must!

We had an incredible experience all around! Great communication from start to finish. Our friendly local manager Nathalie made us feel welcomed and right at home. This pristine home worked perfectly for our group of 9 with its spacious and well furnished kitchen, large poolside dining, comfortable bedrooms, and beautiful bathrooms. We had an incredible time! Natalie the property manager was so kind and easy to work with. This home is brand new and full of every amenity you can ask for. Full washer and dryer was so convenient for our family. Everything is in pristine shape. Grocery store 1 minute walk away, easy drive into Tamarindo. Beach towels and boards for our kids to use. So much detail was put into this home that we did not want to leave. We will be back real soon. Highly recommend!

Hosts were both very accommodating with early check-in requests and responsive from start to end. House was immaculate and clean with everything we needed during our stay.

The property is brand new and has everything you need — from spices in the kitchen to luxurious beach towels. The owner and property manager were very helpful during power outages (normal due to strong winds in Costa Rica). Note: the beach is about a 20 minute walk with no sidewalks, so I'd recommend getting a car or golf cart. All in all a very nice stay in gorgeous Costa Rica.

My husband and I stayed for a week — the home is beautiful and fully equipped with all the comforts of home. We rented a golf cart which allowed easy access to Tamarindo beach and restaurants. Overall experience was wonderful; great hosts and amazing property manager Nathalie who went above and beyond our expectations.

Our family really enjoyed our stay here. The house is great and our host Natalie was incredibly welcoming and helpful. The pool and layout of the house was great for our party of 7 adults. The house is literally adjacent to a small grocery store. Lots of places to shop and explore — the Mercado is a great place to grab a meal. We also explored Playa Avellana, a 30 minute drive away, which was our favorite beach in the area.
